Delete your account
You can delete your Lovencor account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
In the app
- Open My account.
- Tap "Delete my account", at the very bottom.
- Confirm with your password.
On this website
Enter the email address and password of your account.
Without access to your account
Forgot your password? Reset it with "Forgot password" on the app's sign-in screen, then delete your account. You can also write to us at contact@lovencor.com from your account's email address: we delete it within one month.
What is deleted
Immediately: your account, relationships, messages, dates, preferences, devices and purchase history. Your partners no longer see your exchanges.
What is kept
Reports involving you, for 12 months after they are handled (longer if proceedings require it), and backups, which are erased within 30 days. If another user had blocked you, we also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your email address, for as long as that block exists, solely so that it stays active if an account is created again with the same address. Finally, an anonymous statistical record of the deletion (date, age of the account), which cannot be used to identify you.
Your Lovencor+ subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in the store settings:
